U.S. District Judge Richard Boulware has rejected a preliminary approval for a settlement in the UFC antitrust lawsuit, a deal that would have seen the TKO Group subsidiary pay out $335M to current and former fighters, ABC News’ Brett Okamoto reports. The judge denied the settlement conditions in a ruling he is anticipated to explain at a later time, the author says, noting that the suit will now move forward with a status conference in August.
