On Wednesday, Judge Eric Davis, the judge overseeing Dominion Voting System’s lawsuit against Fox News, said he is imposing a sanction on the network and will likely start an investigation into whether Fox’s legal team withheld evidence, Katie Robertson and Jeremy Peters of The New York Times reports. This comes after lawyers for Dominion revealed several incidences where Fox’s lawyers had not turned over evidence in a timely manner. Judge Davis of the Delaware Superior Court ruled that if Dominion had to do additional depositions or redo any, Fox would have to do "everything they can to make the person available, and it will be at a cost to Fox," according to the Times.
