JPMorgan is acquiring Aumni, a data analytics provider for startup investors, Hugh Son of CNBC reports. The deal is part of the bank’s broader push to deepen relationships with venture capital investors and their companies, Michael Elanjian, who leads JPMorgan’s digital private markets efforts, told CNBC. While terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, JPMorgan is paying roughly what the startup was valued for at its last fundraising in 2021, a source told CNBC. Aumni was worth $232M after that round, according to Pitchbook, reports Son. Reference Link
