Johnson & Johnson told media outlets that the company will challenge today’s federal appeals court ruling rejecting its plan to push about 38,000 talc lawsuits into bankruptcy court. J&J put the talc subsidiary into bankruptcy to equitably resolve the litigation for all parties, including current and future injury claimants, the company said.
