Truist analyst Lucas Servera raised the firm’s price target on J.B. Hunt (JBHT) to $155 from $145 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The company’s strong execution resulted in a $20M quarterly cost savings benefit and a healthy beat, though the firm sees a balanced risk-reward as near-term upside appears priced in, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Truist adds that while truckload spot rates started Q4 on the upswing, it is awaiting a clearer freight demand recovery before turning more constructive.
