InvenTrust Properties price target raised to $25 from $23 at Compass Point

Compass Point analyst Floris van Dijkum raised the firm’s price target on InvenTrust Properties to $25 from $23 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Despite the attractive leasing background and solid underlying growth for the second half of 2023, the firm expects InvenTrust’s underlying growth to slow in 2024 given that its portfolio stands at “record occupancy,” the analyst tells investors in a post-earnings note.
