IntercontinentalExchange increases quarterly dividend 7% to 45c per share

Intercontinental Exchange announced board authorization of its first quarter dividend of 45c per share, up 7% from its previous 42c per share quarterly dividend in 2023. The first quarter cash dividend is payable on March 29 to stockholders of record as of March 15. The ex-dividend date is March 14.
