Stifel analyst Ruben Roy raised the firm’s price target on Intel to $32 from $28 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 results along with better-than-expected Q3 guidance. For Intel, however, the firm adds the “questions remains the same. Can they execute and even if they do where will the market be when they get there?”
