Intel (INTC) is in advanced discussions for a partnership under which Apollo (APO) would supply more than $11B to help the chip giant build a plant in Ireland, The Wall Street Journal’s Laura Cooper and Ben Dummett report. According to people familiar with the matter, a deal could come together in the coming weeks.
