Intel’s (INTC) $28B semiconductor project in central Ohio has been delayed again as the chipmaker told The Columbus Dispatch late Thursday that its first factory in New Albany would not be completed until 2030 and would begin operations sometime shortly thereafter in either 2030 or 2031, reported Max Filby.
