Ingersoll Rand has acquired SSI Aeration and its subsidiaries to extend its capabilities in wastewater treatment. SSI has approximately $30M in annual revenue. The acquisition will enable Ingersoll Rand to combine several technologies like low pressure compressors with SSI’s aeration offerings to provide an end-to-end solution. With manufacturing facilities in the United States, South Korea, and India, SSI will join the Industrial Technologies and Services segment.
