Inception Growth Acquisition (IGTA) announced that on June 10, the company deposited $13,249.65 into the company’s trust account in order to extend the period of time the company has to complete a business combination for an additional one month period, from June 13 to July 13. The purpose of the extension is to provide additional time for the company to complete a business combination.
