Immersion receives delinquency compliance alert notice from Nasdaq

Immersion (IMMR) Corporation announced that on September 29, 2025, it received a delinquency compliance alert notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC notifying the Company that it did not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2025. As previously disclosed, on August 20, 2025, the Company received written notice from Nasdaq notifying the Company that it did not timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2025. Both the Form 10-Q and the Form 10-K are required to be filed for continued listing on Nasdaq pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). Under Nasdaq rules, the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the 10-K Nasdaq Notification Letter, or October 20, 2025, to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). If Nasdaq accepts the plan, the Company will have until February 9, 2026 to regain compliance.
