Ideanomics announced that on August 15, the company received a notice from the staff of the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that because the company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules for continued listing.
