iClick Interactive Asia has engaged Houlihan Lokey as its financial advisor and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as its U.S. legal counsel to assist in its evaluation of the preliminary non-binding proposal dated December 20, 2022 from Igomax, Bubinga Holdings and Rise Chain Investment. The Special Committee is still at the preliminary stage of reviewing and evaluating the Proposal and has not made any decision with respect to the company’s response to the Proposal.
