IBM CEO Arvind Krishna says the company plans to slow or stop back-office hiring, impacting roughly 26,000 staff, Bloomberg’s Brody Ford reports. Krishna said in an interview that "I could easily see 30% of that getting replaced by AI and automation over a five-year period," equating to about 7,800 jobs lost.
