Jefferies raised the firm’s price target on Hyatt to $152 from $132 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm has updated its model to reflect the sale of the Orlando Hyatt Regency and the acquisition of Standard International, which taken in total are “strategically positive.” The sale continues to progress the business model toward asset lighter, while The Standard deal adds incremental depth to the brand portfolio, the analyst tells investors.
