HPE named Phil Mottram as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, effective November 1, 2025. In this role, Mottram will lead HPE‘s global sales teams across the company’s Servers and Hybrid Cloud solutions, as well as its channel and partner ecosystem. Mottram joined the company in 2019 and has held executive management roles including leading HPE’s networking business for four years. Most recently, Mottram served as the Executive Vice President of Growth Markets. Mottram assumes leadership of HPE Global Sales from Heiko Meyer, who has decided to retire after 38 years with the company.
