Odyssey Investment Partners is in advanced talks to acquire Honeywell’s personal protective equipment, or PPE, unit, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s David Carnevali and Kiel Porter. A deal with the private equity firm could be announced in the coming weeks and could value Honeywell’s PPE unit at about $1.5B, according to Bloomberg’s sources.
