Honeywell (HON) has entered a deal to acquire a liquefied natural-gas, LNG, process technology and equipment business from Air Products (APD) for $1.81B, Lauren Thomas of The Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Honeywell is paying all cash in a deal set to be announced Wednesday, the people told the Journal.
