JPMorgan analyst Akira Kishimoto upgraded Honda to Overweight from Neutral with a price target of 4,300 yen, up from 3,200 yen. The company has "resistance" to raw material inflation based on better than expected pricing capabilities in the automobile and motorcycle businesses, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm also likes Honda’s changes in cash allocation with an increase in cash flow generation capacity.
