Shares of Hims & Hers are down over 6% to $19.08 in Friday afternoon trading after subscription news and analysis service The Capitol Forum reported earlier that the FTC has opened an investigation into the company. In an afternoon statement to Bloomberg, Hims & Hers said it is “voluntarily cooperating” with the FTC inquiry.
