JPMorgan analyst Joseph Greff raised the firm’s price target on Hilton to $216 from $200 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm thinks Street estimates for the lodging space “generally possess limited risk” heading into the Q2 report. The U.S. and international gateway cities excluding China will be the absolute and relative outperforming RevPAR growth markets, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
