BMO Capital analyst Ari Klein raised the firm’s price target on Hilton to $203 from $184 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results and 2024 EBITDA guidance was better than expected, with growth of 8.6% despite a relatively subdued 2%-4% RevPAR growth outlook, which speaks to the power of its algorithm, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds however that despite the positives, Hilton valuation appears full, and the current risk/reward on the stock is “balanced”.
