Argus analyst John Staszak lowered the firm’s price target on Hilton to $162 from $170 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. A recovery in business and leisure travel will lead to increased room demand, along with higher RevPAR and management fees, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Hilton earnings should also benefit from the spinoff of the timeshare businesses and the sale of additional company-owned hotels, Argus added.
