Hibbett downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Baird

Baird downgraded Hibbett to Neutral from Outperform with a price target of $87.50, up from $80, following the proposed acquisition by JD Sports. JD is the most logical suitor for Hibbett and regulatory risk seems fairly low, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
