Jefferies raised the firm’s price target on Hello Group to $7 from $6.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Hello Group’s Q2 revenue was in line with estimates and non-GAAP earnings beat, but the mid-point of Q3 revenue guidance is 1.9% behind consensus, the analyst tells investors in a research note. New initiatives are expected to step up in localization while Tantan will focus on user experience, the firm says.
