UBS made no change to the firm’s Neutral rating or $40 price target on Harley-Davidson after dealer checks showed U.S. retail is down across the board so far this quarter. UBS believes July and August retail at U.S. dealers may have declined well into double-digit rates and notes an “unusual” offer of $1,000 in credit to customers that are new leads.
