Guess names Markus Neubrand CFO

Guess announced that Markus Neubrand, currently Group Chief Financial Officer of MCM Worldwide, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Guess, effective August 1, 2023. Mr. Neubrand will succeed Interim Chief Financial Officer Dennis Secor, who will remain with the Company as Executive Vice President through March 31, 2024 to support a smooth transition. In addition, Fabrice Benarouche has been promoted to Senior Vice President Finance, Investor Relations and Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately.
