Groupon announced the appointment of Jiri Ponrt as CFO. Ponrt will succeed Damien Schmitz in that capacity and will become a member of the company’s leadership team. Ponrt intends to relocate to Chicago. Jiri Ponrt is joining Groupon from Pale Fire Capital.
