Shares of Grindr (GRND) are up 88c, or 7% to $12.84 after Semafor reported that insiders at the dating app company are discussing taking the company private. Raymond Zage and James Lu, who control a majority of the dating app, have discussed a buyout price of around $15 a share, according to the report.
