Green Dot extends agreement to manage Walmart MoneyCard

Green Dot (GDOT) disclosed last night that on April 29, the company and Walmart (WMT) amended their agreement to expire on January 31, 2033 and shall automatically renew for an additional year to January 31, 2034, unless a party provides notice of its election not to renew at least 180 days prior to January 31, 2033. Green Dot will continue to serve as the issuing bank and program manager for the Walmart MoneyCard program for an additional period of seven years.
