Granite awarded $172.95M Army contract

Granite was awarded a $172.95M firm-fixed-price contract for the Sacramento Weir Widening project. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in West Sacramento, California, with an estimated completion date of October 15, 2026. FY23 civil construction funds in the amount of $172.95M were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the contracting activity.
