GoTo (GTOFF) has signed a five-year cloud infrastructure deal with Alibaba (BABA), which has agreed to not sell down its 7.5% stake in GoTo any further for the duration of the deal, Bloomberg’s Olivia Poh reports. As part of the deal, GoTo will use Alibaba’s computer infrastructure to help run its services, which span ride-hailing and delivery in Indonesia and Singapore.
