Judge Leonie Brinkema of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia will preside over the beginning of a trial that involves the Department of Justice accusing Google of abusing control of its ad technology and violating antitrust law, David McCabe of The New York Times reports. This would be the company’s second antitrust trial in less than a year.
