Citizens JMP downgraded Goldman Sachs (GS) to Market Perform from Outperform without a price target The firm downgraded four names in financial services heading into the back half of 2025. The stocks have recovered from early April lows, with many back to and above all-time highs, the analyst tells investors in a research note. As such, Citizens recommends investors “tread a bit more carefully.” The downgrades reflect near-term valuations better reflecting the firm’s optimism rather than a change in view around company trajectories.
