Goldman Sachs (GS) is in talks to transfer its General Motors (GM) credit-card program to Barclays (BCS), AnnaMaria Andriotis of The Wall Street Journal reports. Barclays is the lead candidate to take over the issuance of credit cards and could strike a deal with General Motors by this summer, people familiar with the matter told the Journal.
