Goldman Sachs could see a talent exodus in the spring over a shallow bonus pool this year, The New York Post’s Lydia Moynihan reports. According to insiders, executives have come to realize the bank “simply doesn’t have enough money to give every banker a bonus that will make them stay.” Goldman is still discussing what bonuses employees will receive and has yet to finalize specific compensation, a source close to the bank said.
