Gold Resource suspends dividend program

"At this time, the Board of Directors and Management feel the best way to maximize shareholder value is to protect our balance sheet and focus our capital resources on exploration and growth opportunities. Therefore, we will suspend the quarterly dividend until such time that it may become practicable to reinstate," said the company in a statement.
