General Motors (GM) is pausing the production at a pickup-truck plant in Silao, Mexico for several weeks, Mike Colias and Nora Eckert of Reuters reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The complex, where the company builds Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups, was down for the first two week of July and is scheduled to be down again the weeks of August 4 and 11, two people familiar with the matter added.
