B. Riley analyst Bryan Maher lowered the firm’s price target on Global Net Lease to $17 from $19 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The current economic environment – increased interest rates and an uncertain transaction market – could slow Global Net’s acquisition pace, at least in the near term, Maher tells investors in a research note.
