GitLab price target lowered to $44 from $65 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen analyst J. Derrick Wood lowered the firm’s price target on GitLab to $44 from $65 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst they reported a mixed 4Q but guidance was below consensus. We think its value proposition and competitive positioning remain strong and we see price hikes having a much greater impact to 2025, which should position for growth re-acceleration.
