Getty has been weighing how to structure a combination and deliberations are ongoing, sourced told Bloomberg. Getty Images has a market value of about $910M, while Shutterstock’s equity is valued at about $1B, Bloomberg points out. Shares of Getty are up 23% to $2.59 following the report while Shutterstock is up 12% to $32.71.
