Argus lowered the firm’s price target on Gentherm to $68 from $80 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares and calls the stock a “value opportunity”. Gentherm is well positioned in its key markets, which should drive revenue growth and margin expansion as light vehicle sales increase and supply-chain issues diminish, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The company also offers a strong balance sheet, and at 17-times expected forward earnings, valuations on Gentherm are attractive relative to the 12- to 27-times five-year range, the firm added.
