Genius Sports (GENI) announced Bryan Castellani as CFO, effective immediately. Based in the company’s New York office and reporting to co-founder and CEO, Mark Locke, Castellani will lead the company’s finance function, overseeing its global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, risk and compliance, and capital allocation as the company matures and transitions to the US. He will also support strategic transactions, including partnerships and M&A, as Genius Sports scales its technology and rights portfolio. In the meantime, Nick Taylor, the outgoing CFO, will remain with Genius Sports during the transition period to ensure a smooth and seamless handover.
