Citi analyst Andrew Kaplowitz raised the firm’s price target on General Electric to $114 from $109 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. With the stock up 50% year-to-date prior to the Q1 report, the modest pullback despite the "solid results" versus expectations is not surprising, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm thinks the results highlight ongoing momentum in GE‘s aerospace end markets that should support a "relatively sustainable earnings growth runway."
