GE Aerospace (GE) and Qatar Airways announced an expansion of their partnership with agreements for over 400 engines, including 60 GE9X and 260 GEnx engines, plus options and spares, to power Boeing (BA) 777-9 and 787 aircraft. The deals, described as the largest widebody engine purchase in GE Aerospace history, also include service agreements for maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The agreement builds on a previous order for 188 GE9X engines.
