GE Aerospace extends CEO H. Lawrence Culp’s employment agreement

In a regulatory filing, GE disclosed that on June 30, the board of GE, operating as GE Aerospace, approved a new employment agreement for H. Lawrence Culp, Jr., the company’s chairman and CEO to extend his employment through December 31, 2027, or such later date as mutually agreed by the parties up to and through December 31, 2028. Culp’s prior employment agreement was set to terminate on August 17, 2024.
