Garmin board to recommend increase in dividend

The Board of Directors intends to recommend to the shareholders for approval at the annual meeting to be held on June 7, a cash dividend in the amount of $3.00 per share, payable in four equal installments on dates to be determined by the Board. In addition, the Board has established March 29 as the payment date and March 15 as the record date for the final dividend installment of 73c per share, per the prior approval at the 2023 annual shareholders’ meeting.
