The analyst believes American Place’s March EBITDA was over $3M, a $36M run-rate versus last year’s $18.4M 11-month result. The firm says the recent American Place traction and the expected intermediate-term Chamonix EBITDA ramp outweigh “well-known” Q1 inclement weather issues leading to portfolio EBITDA disruption.
